Oliver founded Liquid Productions in 2004. Growing up around the television industry Oliver decided not to work in the well oiled television machine but to start up by himself. Matt Day
Director / Camera Operator
After 10 years at the BBC, Matt wanted to apply his TV experience to the corporate video production sector. Matt started working with the Liquid Productions team in 2010, he is a director / camera operator and editor. He’s also got some cracking Dad jokes!
David Dicken
Post Production Manager
Dr Dave, can re-work almost any video production into a masterpiece. Dave started work with Liquid Productions in 2008. Dave is an extremely talented video editor. However, we don’t recommend meeting Dave in an online computer game!
Matthew Popay
Video Editor / Sound Man
Matthew has been working with Liquid since the summer of 2011. Matthew has a keen eye for detail and is changing the way we approach post production work. Don’t call him Popeye though! 
Andrew Mickelburgh
Camera Operator
Andrew has a superb attention to detail. He has been working with Liquid Productions since 2010 on many projects. Andrew is a qualified BBC cameraman, and a great guy to work with on any video production project.
Jake Clifford
Camera Operator
Jake is an extremely personable and reliable camera operator / director. Jake studied at Ravensbourne University and has been working on our video productions since 2006. Be warned that Jake consumes copious amounts of coffee to keep him happy!
Jordan Addison
Motion Graphics / Camera Operator
Jordan has a great eye for everything animation / graphics. He is also pretty handy with a camera in his hands! A much valued member of the team.

Simon Lesley
Sound Engineer
No crew is complete without the trusted sound man. Simon will happily engineer a live stage with a 20 piece band, or a single person talking to camera about their day! Excellent results every time.
Rolie Luker
The Guru
Rolie, aka the guru. Rolie is a Bafta award winning director who has worked on many flagship TV drama’s including ITV’s THE BILL and the BBC’s ever popular CASUALTY. Rolie is an excellent final addition to the team. His experience and knowledge are often called upon!
The Chapel
The Chapel is our amazing office. The converted church is an awesome setting to get your head down and pray … I mean work.
