Training can be costly. Training videos can be infamously dull.
We're changing that.
We were approached by the AOP to make a training film for their members, designed to increase the reach of their existing face to face training and to reduce the cost per head of the training.
The resulting film featured a highly realistic dramatisedΒ scenario, followed by comment from their legal team. Β One of the criteria for this film to qualify for CET points to provide members with continued professional development was that it had to be 45 minutes in duration.
This film was a huge success which resulted in a 97.5% pass rate in year one and 99.5% in year two, with almost 400 trainees taking the course in the first two years.
The value of a well made training film is that the numbers of those who have done the training will keep rising year on year, with minimal ongoing cost to the client!
97% of trainees that used the training rated it as 'good' or above and of those trainees, 74% rated the piece as 'Outstanding'.
